Why Payments Fail to Verify

If a transaction is completed but not recognized by PayPass, it is typically due to:

  • Network Congestion: High transaction volume can delay finality on Ethereum or BNB Chain.
  • Insufficient Gas: The transaction was submitted with gas fees too low to be processed by network miners.
  • RPC Node Latency: Occasional node latency can temporarily delay confirmation checks.

  • Solana Payments: Automatically scanned and credited by our background scanner every 30 seconds.
  • EVM Payments (BSC / Ethereum): Verified on-demand to conserve RPC resources. Click the Verify Payment button (or complete checkout in the WebApp) to trigger an instant check.
