Collecting Buyer Information
For custom services, physical goods, or sponsored posts, you need info from the buyer. PayPass supports this with a simple intake prompt that asks the buyer for details before they check out.
How Intake Works
PayPass doesn't build multi-field web forms or checkbox lists. Instead, it offers a clean, single-prompt intake flow:
- Seller Prompt: When creating a product, you specify what you want to ask (e.g., "Please provide your email address, size, and shipping details").
- Buyer Response: Before paying, the buyer is prompted by the bot to type their response as a single text message.
- Optional File Attachment: The buyer can optionally upload a single photo or document (e.g. ad banners, logos, design briefs).
